Hello, my name is Akash Rode from Pune. I am a graphic designer and a mix-media artist. With a passion to create experimental, installation art, and custom art pieces. Here showcasing some of my previous works.
First of its kind a self standing metal tree made for a client who intent was to create a sustainable work of art that has minimal footprint. Creating a mammoth artificial ecosystem.
Across a lot of cultures around the world, wall motifs / masks are commonly observed. They sometimes represent mythical creatures, beings, stories about Gods etc. I am fascinated with mythologies around the world. Stories that put us in an inferior light. Makes us believe that there are beings more powerful than us, much more capable, much more idealistic and pure.
Just a few of many concepts generated over the years for clients, these can be made in to relief murals in various different materials such as wood metal acrylic stone etc.
